Account Information
Q. Is my account charged automatically at the end of the designated time frame?
A. Yes you account is charged automatically every 30 days for Sliver Club members and every 365 days for Gold Club members.
Q. How can I cancel my account?
A. Log into http://www.embroiderytipsandmore.com/billing This will take you to your Account Management page. Log into your account and select the option to cancel your account.
If you are paying with PayPal make sure that you to to PayPal and cancel your account.
- Log into your PayPal account.
- Click on the My Account tab.
- Click on History Subtab.
- Click More Filters, select Subscriptions and agreements, and then click Subsciptions.
- Change the date back to the year the subsciption was created, and then click Show.
- Click Details next to the subsciprtion.
- Click Cancel Subscription.
Q. How can I upgrade my account from Silver to Gold to get the best value?
A. Log into http://www.embroiderytipsandmore.com/billing and select the Gold Membership option. Do this at the end of your Silver period before it is time to renew.
Q. Can I contact you and ask you to cancel my account?
A. Legally, I cannot cancel your account. This is something that you must do. You are in complete control of this and can cancel your account at any time.
Embroidery Webinar Of The Month
Q. How do I register for the webinar?
A. Everyone that is paid and in good standing receives a registration link a few days before the webinar. There is no charge for this registration. If you are not a member, you will need to go to http://www.embroiderywebinarofthemonth.com and purchase the webinar of the month. You will then be sent a link to register.
Q. I cannot attend the webinars at night. How can I view them later?
A.You must register for the webinar in order to receive a link to view the videos at a later after the webinar. I will leave them on-line for approximately 30 days following the webinar.
Personal Coaching
Q. Are you available for personal coaching?
A. Yes I am on a limited basis. My fee is $750.00 for the first day and $500 per each additional day plus expenses. Expenses are air fare, hotel, main meal and car rental where applicable. If the distance is 6 hours or less, I can drive and will charge you for gas and tolls, no air fare. Contact me personally for this request.
Q. Do you teach the Tajima by Pulse Embroidery Software on line?
A. Yes, I do, the charge is $65.00 per hour. The maximum lesson is 2 hours. Lessons can be arranged for one hour only or a monthly plan can be set up for a discount.
