Prep for Large Jacket Back Applique

In this embroidery training video I show you the preparation for a large jacket back applique embroidery design. This jacket is a very thin unlined nylon jacket but the customer insisted on having this applique embroidery applied to this thin jacket.  Personally, I thought that it was much too thin, but like most embroiderers, I try to please the customer. 

This was a sample for a large order than I was preparing for another company to embroider.  I created the design, the sew disk and the sample for approval.  I forwarded to the embroidery company that was doing the job all of the instructions and set up for the actual embroidery.
