Special Embroidery Techniques

In this section you will find videos on some special embroidery techniques that are used beyond the basics. Some of the videos in this section will be found in other sections also, depending on what type of garment that I am using during the application of the special technique.

Creating a Simple Applique with your Embroidery Software                                                                            

This embroidery training video will show you how to create a simple applique in your embroidery software.  I used the Tajima by Pulse DGML software to create this applique sew disk and pattern. 

This same method can be used to create any shape that you need for an applique in any low level digitizing software.   You do not need to have applique software to create an applique. 

Yes, the  applique software is faster, but this method will certainly work.
