I just want to say that I learned a lot from the Small Lettering webinar. As a matter of fact I had an order to do that required a logo with small lettering. I had done this logo before, but I redid the lettering by decreasing the density and adding underlay. I also changed the stop/start points and I did not have to do any trimming between the letters and the thread did not even show. What a time saver!
I also go on your website and view the videos when time permits. They are very helpful. It seems that no matter how much you think you know, you can always learn to do it better or faster.
